Get to know Guadalajara by night on this evening excursion and then enjoy a sumptuous dinner in a traditional restaurant with live Mariachi entertainment in the historic centre. After being picked up from your hotel at around 8pm we'll drive you through the main streets and avenues of the city heading for the Nueve Esquinas, one of Guadalajara's most popular districts, with its characteristic European-style architecture. This area is one of the oldest and most traditional neighbourhoods in the Pearl of the West and is full of many famous bars and restaurants where you can try typical dishes such as the tasty Birria, a spicy meat stew often made from goat. Many of the restaurants here will display a pair of goat horns as a symbol of the purported aphrodisiac properties of the dish. Then we will take for you a delicious three-course meal at a top restaurant where you can try a great selection of local specialities as you are entertained by a live Mariachi band and colourful local folk dancing. Then after a pleasant evening our guides will escort you back to your hotel by midnight. Languages English, French, German, Spanish and Italian.
